Have you ever needed to put something on the stove temporarily just to make space? Are you limited to the countertop or kitchen space in general? Stovetop ranges, especially when they’re attached to an oven can take up a lot of space in the kitchen that can’t be utilized for anything else. When you have a smaller kitchen or minimal countertop space that range can seem huge in comparison. What if you could have the best of both worlds? What if you could have an easy to clean, hidden cooktop surface that can double your countertop space? It seems too good to be true, right? Not anymore! This is why Invisacook was created. Interested? Here’s what’s you need to know:
What if I lose the burners?
This may seem like an odd question, but until you get used to where exactly the burners are it can be a little confusing. Invisacook has anticipated this. When you turn the burner on it will beep until a pot is covering it. Even when you lift the pan to stir the unit will beep. Not only does this let you know where to find the burner, it’s also a safety feature to let you know that one of the burners is active.
How do I clean it?
The best part is there are no grates or extra pieces to clean even if you’re making a messy spaghetti sauce. You just wipe up the countertop as normal and move on with the day. It’s extremely easy to upkeep.
Can I use any cookware?
Because you’re cooking directly on the countertop you need to make sure the countertop or the cookware doesn’t get damaged. All-copper, glass, and aluminum will not work on this type of surface. You need to go with stainless steel, cast iron, or enameled cast iron for the best results not just with cooking, but to protect your items.
