How It Works: This cooktop is designed to work with your countertop. It’s installed underneath the countertop and using the advanced invisa-technology, it will heat up your pots and pans through the granite, ultra-compact porcelain, and more. There’s no flame to worry about and the range doesn’t get nearly as hot as an open flame or an electric stovetop. However, this doesn’t mean it won’t cook your food. The Invisacook is designed to work in tandem with the cookware to cook your food. When you finish cooking, the surface will be warm to the touch but it won’t burn you like gas or electric stovetops will. What if I lose the burners?

How do I clean it?

Can I use any cookware?
Because you’re cooking directly on the countertop you need to make sure the countertop or the cookware doesn’t get damaged. All-copper, glass, and aluminum will not work on this type of surface. You need to go with stainless steel, cast iron, or enameled cast iron for the best results not just with cooking, but to protect your items.
